Automated Step Feeder

Required to develop a solution to feed unsorted tubes in packaging machine into single row without causing a jam. This solution was also required to be automated and save time on manual sorting.

The Step Feeder solution was designed on Fusion360 3D CAD software, and manufactured using FDM 3D printing as well as Laser Cutting.

The Step Feeder was actuated using pneumatic slide cylinder to integrate into already existing equipment using pneumatic control.
